We needed a specific well cap. Big box stores did not have it. I called Bowen Plumbing Supply to see if they had one, and they did. I have had plumbing troubles at my home at least twice a year. I’ve never had to go anywhere else than Bowen Plumbing Supply. These people treat me just like family, and they make you/me understand what I need to do to fix any problems I bring to them. You can’t go wrong with Bowen Plumbing Supply, and they keep their prices fair… even cheaper than most places. The quality is great. Even though I paid less, I still get the best value.

I went to multiple big box stores, and no one could help me locate a handle for my shower faucet much less tell me who the manufacturer was. Bowen Plumbing Supply’s counterman went through dozens of books searching for it and finally went into the back and came out with a handle. He said it was the only one he had and had ordered it for something else years ago, and it had been sitting on the shelf ever since. He would not accept cash for it and just gave it to me. I was floored – that doesn’t happen anymore! What a guy, what a business. I can’t hand them more than 5 stars, but they deserve 10!
